Abhyanga
(Oil Massage)A traditional oil therapy using warm herbal oils and rhythmic strokes to promote relaxation, support circulation and overall wellbeing.
Ayurveda care shaped around you.
Ayurveda care begins with understanding you as an individual. Through a detailed consultation, our Ayurveda physician (Vaidya) considers your Prakriti (constitution), Vikriti (present state of balance), health concerns, diet, lifestyle and daily routines.
This understanding forms the basis of a personalised plan of care, which may include Ayurveda therapies, Panchakarma, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, along with Yoga, meditation and other supportive practices, according to individual needs.
Ayurveda therapies at the Centre are recommended by the Vaidya following individual assessment.
The choice and sequence of therapies are guided by your constitution, present state of balance, health needs and overall plan of care.
Therapies are delivered by trained Ayurveda and Panchakarma therapists within dedicated therapy facilities.

Panchakarma is Ayurveda’s classical approach to purification and restoration of balance. At the Centre, it is not offered as a standard regimen. It is planned and supervised by the Vaidya following an assessment of the individual’s constitution, present state of balance, health needs and suitability for the procedures.
The process may include preparatory therapies, selected Panchakarma procedures, appropriate nutrition, rest and supportive routines, carefully sequenced according to individual need.
A classical Panchakarma procedure involving therapeutic emesis to eliminate aggravated doshas through the oral route, undertaken under the supervision of the Vaidya in appropriately selected individuals.
Therapeutic purgation to eliminate aggravated doshas, particularly Pitta, through the lower gastrointestinal tract.
Medicated enema therapy, considered especially important in balancing Vata.
Administration of medicated preparations through the nasal route for conditions of the head and neck region.
Therapeutic bloodletting, used selectively for specific conditions as advised by the Vaidya.

At the Ayurveda Centre, Yoga and meditation are approached as integral dimensions of wellbeing, drawing upon the Himalayan Tradition as taught by H.H. Dr. Swami Rama of the Himalayas.
Applied according to individual needs, practices may include gentle Yoga, breath awareness, relaxation and meditation. Alongside Ayurveda care, they help cultivate greater awareness, inner balance and a more conscious relationship with everyday life.
Ayurveda recognises that wellbeing is shaped not only by therapies, but also by how we eat, rest, move and live each day. Nutrition and lifestyle guidance therefore form an integral part of personalised care.
Based on an individual’s constitution, present state of balance, digestive capacity and health needs, our Ayurveda physician (Vaidya) may recommend appropriate foods, eating patterns, daily routines and seasonal practices.
The intention is simple: to help carry the principles of balance beyond the Centre and into everyday life.
Because Ayurveda is not only a system of healing. It is a way of living.
Some forms of Ayurveda care benefit from time—allowing therapies, nutrition, rest and supportive practices to be thoughtfully integrated around individual needs.
Our residential programmes provide different durations within which the Vaidya can plan an individual course of care.
